Key Responsibilities

- Provide top-tier service assistance by addressing and resolving customer queries via email, telephone, and chat channels.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores by delivering precise and professional support in the Czech language.
- Utilize internal CRM platforms to troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective resolutions in the Customer Support Services sector.
- Partner with diverse, multi-cultural teams to ensure service excellence is maintained across all customer touchpoints.
- Engage in comprehensive onboarding and continuous development programs to master product knowledge and industry standards.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all client interactions to support operational quality control and reporting.
- Work diligently toward achieving and surpassing individual and team KPIs as defined by leadership.

Requirements

- Native-level proficiency or total fluency in Czech (both verbal and written).
- Valid EU passport (this is a mandatory requirement).




- High level of English proficiency for seamless cooperation within our integral offices.
- Prior background in Customer Support Services is beneficial, though not strictly required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with clients.
- Commitment to relocating to Spain and an enthusiasm for joining our international work culture.
