Working within a collaborative, international team in Barcelona, you will act as a dedicated technical expert for commercial personal computing systems, operating systems, hardware, and enterprise IT solutions for the French-speaking market.

Key languages

- Bilingual level of French
- Full professional level of English
- Full professional level of Greek would be considered a plus

Main responsibilities

- Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance and recommendations on commercial computing hardware, devices, and enterprise IT solutions
- Proposal Support: Assist internal teams by addressing technical specifications and requirements for business requests and client proposals
- Technical Support & Tracking: Answer and track complex technical queries from internal teams, partners, and account representatives
- Feature Demonstrations: Present key technical features, solution architectures, and system benefits in a clear and engaging manner
- Global Collaboration: Partner with global technical teams and subject matter experts to solve complex system challenges

Core skills/experience

- Recent graduate, ideally in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Interest in technology (hardware,



software, operating systems, or networking)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset
