Alcon seeks a Sr. Associate, Surgical Field Sales in Spain to drive growth by promoting Phaco and Vitreoretinal surgical equipment, consumables, and services.
You will be the primary contact through the sales cycle, from planning and demonstrations to negotiation and handover after installation. You will build strong relationships with surgeons and procurement teams, lead demonstrations, and identify opportunities through value-based selling.
