The Opportunity
Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Customer Experience Training Specialist to join the Transformers Business Unit and help shape the future of energy through world‑class learning and development.
In this role, you will
- Support the development and execution of a global training strategy.
- Design and enhance impactful learning programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Support the development and execution of a global Customer Experience training strategy that contributes to business success.
- Gather insights and analyse data to identify skill gaps and prioritise high‑impact learning initiatives.
- Design and enhance training programmes that incorporate industry trends and innovative technologies.
- Help define and track key performance indicators to evaluate training effectiveness and business impact.
- Implement and optimise processes and tools to enable consistent and scalable training delivery worldwide.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate, relevant, and engaging training content.
- Support communication strategies that increase awareness of and engagement with training initiatives.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in customer experience, marketing and sales, training, or learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Hands‑on experience in developing engaging training content and learning materials.
- Ability to assess training needs, gather and analyse feedback, and support the continuous improvement of learning programmes.
- Knowledge of learning management systems, particularly Cornerstone, as well as digital learning tools.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

The minimum salary for this position in Italy is starting from: 38.000 €.
The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
