Lear is seeking an experienced HR Manager for its Martorell JIT Plant. You will drive people strategy, partner with Plant Manager and Corporate HR to manage labor relations, planning, talent development and HR governance in a fast-paced plant environment.
You will lead policy execution, recruitment, onboarding and development while safeguarding data privacy and compliance, contributing to engagement, inclusion and operational excellence at the plant.
