Задачи:

- Define, standardize, and improve sales processes, clarifying their purpose, roles, and accountability across markets and teams
- Drive the adoption of sales processes and embed them in daily sales execution
- Evolve ways of working using data, field insights, and best practices from top-performing teams
- Monitor and optimize process execution, evaluate performance through relevant KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making
- Translate strategy into execution through sales playbooks, training frameworks, and practical tools for sales teams
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify, accelerate, and strengthen sales performance

Требования:

- Proven experience as a sales representative in a customer-facing role, such as field sales or inside sales
- Ability to create sales materials, including playbooks, guidelines, and training content for sales teams




- Strong understanding of practical sales processes and how they support business performance
- Highly structured and analytical, with the ability to simplify complexity into clear, usable guidance
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders and countries
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
- Proficiency in English
- Self-driven and proactive, comfortable working in ambiguity and driving change without direct authority
