In this role you shape SAP security for Straumann’s global SAP landscape, focusing on secure, scalable authorization concepts during S/4HANA transformation. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, audits, and external providers to strengthen governance and automate access management. You will drive risk-aware SoD controls and align security with regulatory requirements. This is an opportunity to impact the core SAP backbone, enabling responsible business growth and compliant operations.

• Design and implement the SAP authorization concept for the S/4HANA transformation
• Develop and maintain SAP security, authorization, and governance standards
• Design and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and support risk management
• Collaborate with audit, risk, compliance, and business teams to meet regulatory needs
• Lead SAP user access management, role provisioning, access reviews, and support
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate SAP access management
• Drive integrations between SAP platforms, IGA, and ITSM solutions




• Lead end-to-end service delivery with internal teams and external providers
• Coordinate SAP security activities for projects, including S/4HANA initiatives and Mu0026A integrations
• Share expertise through guidance, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Stay current with SAP security trends, governance practices, and regulatory developments

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Computer Science
• Several years of experience in SAP Security with expertise in SAP authorizations, role design, and user access management
• Experience delivering SAP security services in a complex enterprise environment
• Knowledge of SAP Governance, Risk u0026 Compliance (GRC), including SoD concepts
• Experience managing external service providers and integral teams
• Experience supporting SAP transformation or implementation projects
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to balance business requirements with security, compliance, and operational needs
