to achieve output goals; - Lead a multi-functional team, setting high standards for hiring, performance management, and talent development; - Inspect and improve mechanisms, establishing weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to drive accountability; - Partner with integral stakeholders to influence roadmap, allocate resources, and remove structural constraints. xqysrnhQualifications:- Experience as a senior leader within e-commerce or marketplace with a country/regional scope; - Strong understanding of European marketplace and sellers; - Comfortable analysing complex data and providing actionable recommendations; - Structured, performance-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including international teams; - Proven success in building long-term B2B and cross border partnerships; - Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
