Your mission Be a source of knowledge and solutions for our customers, deliver an outstanding sales experience, and maximize occupancy through strong sales and customer service. DON´T WORRY, WE WILL GUIDE YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WITH CONTINOUS TRAINING AND FEEDBACK! You will learn to: - Manage applications, screenings, and lease agreements.



- Conduct property tours and know how to highlight key features - Negotiate lease terms in line with company policies - Work together with marketing campaigns, events, and open houses - Track leasing activity, occupancy, and market trends - How to ensure high customer satisfaction at every touchpoint What we’re looking for ️♀️- Fluent Spanish & intermediary level English - Comitment to 3 months of internship (30-35 hours per week), with an option for more should we all wish so. - Proactiveness, independence, positive energy and a drive to learn new things and be the best at what you do. - Be mobile!
