This is a high-impact, greenfield role within our new Synergy Products squad, with a strong focus on data discovery — exploring newly acquired travel datasets to uncover patterns that shape how we understand demand elasticity. You will work at the intersection of data discovery, statistical modeling, and product strategy, identifying where elasticity insights can drive the most value for airlines.This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and autonomy from day one, working closely with product and engineering teams to turn analytical discoveries into product impact.What You'll BuildYou will design and deliver:Exploratory analytical frameworks that uncover elasticity patterns across travel datasetsEnd-to-end elasticity models grounded in strong statistical methodologyRobust evaluation frameworks to validate model assumptionsProduction-ready model architectures with data engineeringClear analytical insights that inform product and pricing strategyWhat You'll DoYour work will span both data discovery and model development,
