YOUR ROLE You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our Palma store while helping to create an exceptional customer experience.
Supporting the daily management of the store




Leading the team whenever required
Delivering outstanding customer service
Maintaining the highest standards throughout the store
Managing stock and daily operations
Helping achieve sales targets and motivating the team
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has previous leadership or supervisory experience
Is highly organised, reliable and proactive
Takes ownership and enjoys responsibility
Has excellent communication and people skills
Loves working with customers
Is looking for a long-term opportunity
Language Requirements Fluent English and Spanish are essential. xiphteb
German is a strong advantage.
