Global Technical Director – Life Sciences (Flavours) Location: Ametlla del Vallès (Barcelona area) – On-siteAbout TradebeAt Tradebe, we are a multinational company headquartered in Barcelona, committed to creating a more sustainable future.Our core business focuses on environmental services and recycling, but we have expanded into other strategic areas such as Health & Nutrition and Life Sciences (flavours, purification, fragrances and ingredients), as well as Port Services.Within our Life Sciences division, we are currently looking for a Global Technical Director to lead our flavours business.The RoleAs Global Technical Director, you will lead, define, and execute the general technical strategy within our flavours division.This is a key leadership position, combining strategic vision with operational execution, with a strong presence in the Executive Committee and direct impact on business decisions, innovation, and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & OrganizationLead a multidisciplinary technical team (3–6 direct / ~17 indirect)Foster cross-functional collaborationAct as a key technical referenceStrategy & BusinessDefine and execute the global technical strategy aligned with business objectivesDrive growth initiatives (new markets, lab expansions,
