We are currently looking for a highly motivated Law student or recent graduate to join our Human Resources team as a Labour Relations & Employment Law Intern . This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in employment law, labour relations and HR processes within a fast-paced international environment. Your Responsibilities Support the preparation, review and management of employment documentation. Assist with labour relations matters and employee lifecycle processes. Support compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Operations teams. Participate in internal investigations and disciplinary processes when required. Assist with employee communications and HR projects. Support reporting, data analysis and HR documentation management.



Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Law (completed or currently studying). Strong interest in Employment Law and Human Resources. High level of English (C1 minimum). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Proactive, organized and eager to learn. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. What We Offer Hands-on experience in a leading multinational energy company.
