They partner with top-tier international brands to deliver high-impact digital experiences through innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.As one of the founding members of the Barcelona team, you will play a key role in shaping both the technical direction and the culture of the local office, while collaborating with teams across the globe.Your responsibilities and impact as a Lead Full Stack DeveloperLead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack and backend systems across multiple client projects and internal platformsDevelop and maintain APIs and services using Java (Spring Boot / Java EE) and/or Node.Js (TypeScript)Design and optimize relational database schemas (Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL)Oversee architecture and delivery across multiple web portals, APIs, and backend services (20+ repositories)Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, etc.)Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with external customer systemsDrive the modernization of legacy applications and improve UI/UX across enterprise portals (React or Angular)Support AI-driven features such as transcription, translation, and audio description enhancementsEnsure system performance, scalability, security, and reliabilityConduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor developersCollaborate directly with product,
