We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our American Vintage team at Illa Diagonal in Barcelona as a temporary replacement for an employee currently absent. The duration of the assignment is not yet determined and may evolve depending on the employee’s return date.As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the store’s performance by delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets and representing the American Vintage brand.Your main responsibilities:Sales & Customer Experience- Welcome and advise customers with a personalized approach.- Develop customer loyalty and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.- Share your passion for the American Vintage collections and provide a high-quality shopping experience.Brand Ambassador & Merchandising- Represent the American Vintage image and ensure a welcoming, well-maintained store environment.- Apply visual merchandising guidelines and contribute to the presentation of the collections.- Ensure the sales floor reflects our brand standards at all times.Stock Management- Receive deliveries and support the full product lifecycle, from delivery to end-of-season returns.- Keep the stockroom organized and support inventory management.- Ensure products are available on the sales floor and properly replenished.#J-18808-Ljbffr
