Paul Marlex , we are looking for a

Construction Estimator

to join the team of an international company specialised in solutions and infrastructure for Data Centre projects.

The role will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates and project budgets, working closely with

Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Sales teams

in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
Review enquiry documentation, drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.
Determine quantities from drawings and Bills of Quantities where applicable.
Prepare cost estimates, analysing materials, labour, equipment, subcontractors and other project costs.
Request and assess quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and update project estimates and commercial offers.
Support the preparation of tender documentation and provide relevant technical and commercial information.
Prepare re-quotes and provide supporting information when required.
Participate in post-tender meetings where necessary.
Support the Sales and Quantity Surveying teams across

Spain and Portugal

with commercial and technical information.
Work closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Sales Directors throughout the estimation process.
Use

SAP and Excel

for cost analysis, project information and reporting.




Review and interpret technical drawings using

AutoCAD and/or Revit .
Collaborate with international stakeholders, communicating regularly in English.
Travel occasionally within Spain and Portugal depending on project requirements.

What are we looking for?
Degree in

Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Project Management

or a related field.
Around

4–6 years of professional experience

in construction estimation, cost estimation, tendering or similar roles.
Experience in a

construction, contracting or industrial/MEP environment .
Solid experience in

cost estimation, budgeting and preparation of commercial offers .
Experience with

mechanical installations and piping

will be highly valued.
Good knowledge of

SAP ; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Advanced

Excel skills , including pivot tables and data analysis.
Functional knowledge of

AutoCAD and/or Revit

for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
Strong

commercial awareness

and ability to work with both technical and commercial stakeholders. xsgfvud
Fluent Spanish and English , both written and spoken.
Willingness to

travel occasionally within Spain and Portugal .
Valid driving licence .
