As Regional Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for EMEA, you lead end-to-end TA delivery across a diverse region, aligning local hiring with global standards to meet business priorities. You will manage a small TA team, influence senior stakeholders, and drive data-led decisions to modernise TA capabilities. The role blends regional nuance with a centralized model to ensure quality, speed, and cost-effective hiring. You’ll shape talent strategy and act as a credible advisor to the business, with a clear impact on growth and capability.

Responsabilidades
• 12-15 years of progressive TA leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Proven track record delivering recruitment outcomes across diverse geographies
• Experience in a multinational, matrix organization
• Strong knowledge of regional labour markets, regulations, and hiring practices
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to lead in distributed, multicultural environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural influencing skills
• Understanding of recruitment delivery, talent markets, and proactive sourcing
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making abilities
