About the Company We are looking for a Senior SAP PP Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise and excellent client-facing skills. This is not a technical or ABAP-focused position. About the Role The main focus is on functional SAP PP expertise, client communication, requirements gathering, scope definition, and leadership capabilities. Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders and clients. Understand manufacturing processes and translate business requirements into SAP PP solutions. Define, challenge, and finalize functional scope together with the client. Prepare Business Blueprints (BBPs), functional documentation, process designs, and solution definitions. Configure and optimize SAP PP processes based on business requirements. Act as a trusted functional advisor to the client throughout the project lifecycle. Lead discussions around process design, gaps, priorities, and solution decisions. Support and mentor junior and mid-level SAP PP consultants. Review the work of less experienced consultants and provide functional guidance. Coordinate with other SAP functional teams and technical resources when required. Support testing, UAT, cutover, go-live,



and post-go-live activities. Qualifications Strong experience as a SAP PP Functional Consultant, ideally 5+ years. Several SAP PP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects. Required Skills Strong knowledge of: MRP Bills of Materials (BOM) Routings Work Centers Production Orders Production Planning Capacity Planning Master Data Shop Floor processes Good understanding of integration between SAP PP and modules such as MM, QM, SD, PM, and CO. Experience working directly with business users and senior client stakeholders. Experience leading workshops and independently gathering requirements. Ability to create BBPs and other functional design documentation. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Previous experience mentoring or leading junior consultants. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Previous experience mentoring or leading junior consultants.
