SilverBack is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Structural Engineer to support a major industrial project in Huelva, Spain, currently in the final stages of construction and commissioning.La información a continuación detalla los requisitos del puesto, la experiencia esperada del candidato y las cualificaciones correspondientes.The role will focus on supporting structural works on site, monitoring construction activities, coordinating with contractors and other disciplines, and assisting with construction completion and handover activities.Key Responsibilities- Support structural activities during the final stages of construction and project completion- Monitor structural steel, concrete, foundations, and erection works on site- Review structural drawings, specifications, and relevant technical documentation- Carry out site inspections and construction walkdowns- Monitor construction progress and identify outstanding or non-compliant works- Support punch list, completion,



and handover activities- Coordinate the resolution of site and construction issues with contractors and engineering teamsWhat We're Looking For- Approximately 3–4 years of experience in Structural or Civil Engineering- Previous experience working on construction sites- Experience within industrial, process, petrochemical, refinery, mining, metallurgical, or similar projects is preferredxqziphu- Experience with structural steel, concrete, foundations, and/or erection activities- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline- Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English- Candidates based in Huelva or Andalucía are strongly preferredPackage- Site-based in Huelva- No rotation- Accommodation provided- Fuel support provided
