Position : Project Specialist — PMS/CRS Implementation / must have operaLocation: Remote – SpainDuration : ContractOverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Specialist to support the implementation of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS) across the Hyatt Inclusive Collection portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring successful system deployments by coordinating project timelines, preparing and validating hotel configuration data, delivering training, and supporting data migration efforts.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, general environment and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, hotel leadership, and external vendors. This role requires a balance of technical aptitude, hospitality operations knowledge, and strong communication skills to drive seamless system adoption across properties.Position ResponsibilitiesPartner with corporate and regional stakeholders to align on transition timelines, milestones, and dependenciesDevelop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans, including training and deployment schedulesCoordinate closely with hotel leadership to ensure readiness for system implementation and adherence to timelinesDesign, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, and video contentDeliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions to on-property teams, enabling effective adoption and usage of systemsSupport change management efforts by guiding stakeholders through system transitions and best practicesCollect, review,



and validate hotel configuration data in alignment with Hyatt standards and system requirementsSupport the build and deployment of Opera Cloud and CRS environmentsAssist with data migration activities to ensure accuracy and completenessServe as a key liaison between hotels, internal Hyatt teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycleParticipate in regular project meetings to track progress, address risks, and resolve issuesAct as an escalation point for system-related questions or challenges during and post-implementationIdentify opportunities to improve processes, training, and deployment efficiencyContribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across the implementation teamRequiredExperience & QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of hotel operations experience, with exposure to multiple functional areas preferredHands-on experience with Opera Cloud, CRS, and Sales & Revenue platformsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent implementation projects and competing prioritiesExperience working with hotel operations teams, hotel leadership, corporate stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partnersStrong project planning, organization, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authorityExperience using project management tools such as Smartsheet or similar platformsAbility to work effectively across multiple time zonesWillingness to travel during deployment, go-live, and hypercare periods, as neededPreferred SkillsFluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)Experience in system implementations, training delivery, or change management initiativesEducationCollege degree or equivalent work experience in hospitality, hotel operations, technology implementation, project management, or a related field; experience with a majorhotel management company is preferred.
