As a Business Consultant at SITA, you will guide the delivery and implementation of Airport Management Systems for clients, acting as a subject matter expert on SITA technologies. You will translate client needs into optimized processes, train superusers, and facilitate system configuration and integration with third-party vendors. You’ll work closely with customers to validate requirements, run structured workshops, and support go-live with early-life assistance. The role brings travel to customer sites and spans consulting, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational improvements.
