The Missi on We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Compensation & Performance Manager to lead and evolve our integral compensation, rewards, and performance frameworks. This role will play a key part in designing scalable and competitive people practices aligned with business objectives across multiple international market s.The R ole Total Rewards Strategy & Des ign Support and evolve the company's global rewards philosophy across different employee populations and geograph ies. Conduct market benchmarking initiatives, salary reviews, and compensation analysis to maintain competitive position ing. Design and maintain salary bands, bonus schemes, and incentive structures aligned with business go als. Ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance across international compensation practi ces.Performance Manag ement Build and continuously improve performance evaluation frameworks that connect employee impact with reward mechan isms. Partner closely with HRBPs and leadership teams to ensure performance standards are applied consistently across the organiza tion. Develop calibration processes and measurable evaluation criteria to support fair and objective talent assessm ents.Operational Exe cution Create and maintain the tools, processes,



documentation, and metrics required to support compensation and performance c ycles. Coordinate annual salary reviews, compensation adjustments, and variable compensation proc esses. Ensure reward and performance operations are scalable and efficient within a fast-growing enviro nment.Governance & An alytics Analyze compensation and performance data to provide insights around market positioning, pay equity, and talent trends. Support governance and compliance across all compensation and performance wor kflows. Prepare reports, dashboards, and financial analyses to support leadership decision- making.What We Are Loo king For Solid International experience within Compensation & Benefits and/or Performance Management roles, ideally in multinational or high-growth envi ronments. Strong understanding of Spanish labor regulations and compensation p ractices. Knowledge of salary structures, benchmarking methodologies, bonus schemes, and incentive programs. Experience supporting or managing performance evaluation fr ameworks. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS platforms and people analyti cs tools. Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with business leaders and cross-functional stak eholders. Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, with a hands-on approach. Comfortable creating processes, frameworks, and structures from scratch in evolving envi ronments.
