As a Google Ads Sales Executive, you will work with new and existing clients in the Italian market, acting as a trusted advisor to drive growth, increase advertising investment, and deliver successful PPC strategies. We are looking for ambitious professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new clients and understand their business goals to recommend effective Google Ads strategies.
Build and manage a portfolio of advertisers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Drive revenue growth through outbound sales activities, upselling, and increasing advertising spend.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.
Manage a large pipeline of accounts while maintaining accurate CRM records.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and provide timely support.
Adapt quickly to client needs and changing business priorities.
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Native or near-native Italian (C1-C2) and advanced English (C1).
Previous experience in sales,



digital marketing, or customer-facing roles (1+ year preferred).
Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to work toward targets.
Familiarity with AI tools, CRM systems, and data-driven decision making.
Good understanding of the Italian market and business environment.
Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented approach.
Strong analytical and relationship-building abilities.
What We Offer
Full-time hybrid position (39h/week) in Barcelona.
Competitive compensation package of €23,534 gross/year:
€21,012 base salary
Up to €2,522 performance bonus, with accelerators for overachievement
