Experteer Overview

In this role you will define and lead AI-assisted SDLC patterns across repository intake, code exploration, service mapping, and build diagnosis. You will analyze Open Stack-derived control-plane services and API dependencies to inform multi-repo collaboration.
You’ll operationalize AI development platforms and approved model stacks for secure enterprise use, while establishing human-in-the-loop controls and evidence standards. You’ll coach engineers and coordinate with architecture, security, Dev Ops, and testing teams to produce senior stakeholder artefacts and actionable recommendations.

This is a hands-on, governance-first role focused on secure, scalable AI-enabled software delivery.

- Define and lead AI-assisted SDLC patterns for repository intake, code exploration, service mapping, build diagnosis, documentation, and evidence generation
- Analyze Open Stack-derived control-plane services, APIs, dependencies, and integration flows across multiple repositories and teams
- Evaluate and operationalize AI development platforms and approved model stacks for secure enterprise use
- Establish human-in-the-loop controls, quality gates, prompt libraries, reusable review patterns, and evidence standards for AI outputs
- Coach engineers and platform specialists on safe, effective use of AI tools while coordinating with architecture, security, Dev Ops,



and testing teams
- Produce senior stakeholder-ready artefacts including transition risks, service decomposition views, and recommended actions
- Reference market tools and SDLC platforms such as Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, Continue, Cline, or VS Code extensions connected to enterprise endpoints
- Mention open-source/open-weight/Chinese models like Deep Seek Coder, Qwen/Qwen-Coder, Code GeeX, Star Coder, Code Llama, Mistral, with approved controls
- Incorporate agentic and SDLC workflow components (Lang Graph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Auto Gen, Llama Index, RAG pipelines) and evaluation loops
- Work with engineering environments including Git Hub Enterprise, Git Lab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, private registries, and terminal-native automation

Responsabilidades

- Experience with AI-assisted software development lifecycle design and governance
- Ability to analyze multi-repo architectures and Open Stack-derived control-plane services
- Familiarity with enterprise-grade AI platforms and approved model stacks
- Knowledge of human-in-the-loop controls, evaluation loops, and evidence standards
- Strong coaching and cross-functional collaboration skills (architecture, security, Dev Ops, testing)
- Experience producing strategic artefacts for senior stakeholders
