Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Specialist to support the implementation of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS) across the Hyatt Inclusive Collection portfolio.

This role is critical to ensuring successful system deployments by coordinating project timelines, preparing and validating hotel configuration data, delivering training, and supporting data migration efforts.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, integral environment and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, hotel leadership, and external vendors.

This role requires a balance of technical aptitude, hospitality operations knowledge, and strong communication skills to drive seamless system adoption across properties.

Position Responsibilities
Partner with corporate and regional stakeholders to align on transition timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Develop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans, including training and deployment schedules
Coordinate closely with hotel leadership to ensure readiness for system implementation and adherence to timelines
Design, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, and video content
Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions to on-property teams, enabling effective adoption and usage of systems
Support change management efforts by guiding stakeholders through system transitions and best practices
Collect, review, and validate hotel configuration data in alignment with Hyatt standards and system requirements
Support the build and deployment of Opera Cloud and CRS environments




Assist with data migration activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
Serve as a key liaison between hotels, internal Hyatt teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in regular project meetings to track progress, address risks, and resolve issues
Act as an escalation point for system-related questions or challenges during and post-implementation
Identify opportunities to improve processes, training, and deployment efficiency
Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across the implementation team

Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of hotel operations experience, with exposure to multiple functional areas preferred
Hands-on experience with Opera Cloud, CRS, and Sales & Revenue platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent implementation projects and competing priorities
Experience working with hotel operations teams, hotel leadership, corporate stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners
Strong project planning, organization, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority
Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet or similar platforms
Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones
Willingness to travel during deployment, go-live, and hypercare periods, as needed
Preferred Skills
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Experience in system implementations, training delivery, or change management initiatives
Education
College degree or equivalent work experience in hospitality, hotel operations, technology implementation, project management, or a related field; experience with a major hotel management company is preferred.
