In this role you will manage regional sourcing topics to support business development, aligning regional execution with integral strategies. You will lead supplier negotiations, drive ESG integration, and develop regional sourcing roadmaps to ensure quality, cost, lead time, and risk management. Manage a defined group of vendors to meet quality, cost, lead time, compliance and ESG objectives; lead commercial negotiations

Lead No PO No Pay implementation with local stakeholder alignment and timely deliverables
ensure compliance with Group Purchasing Policy
Academic degree or relevant commercial/technical education
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in purchasing and procurement techniques
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
Proven negotiation skills up to senior management with understanding of contracts and local regulations
Fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan
