We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Spain team based in Madrid. Reporting to the Graphic Designer Country Manager, you will play a key role in delivering impactful in-store visual communications that enhance the customer experience and support commercial performance across UNIQLO Spain.

This role is ideal for someone with strong retail graphic design experience, including hands-on exposure to store environments, visual merchandising, POS materials, and in-store campaign execution.

What you will be responsible for:
- Develop and adapt in-store marketing and visual communication concepts in line with global and European guidelines.
- Create and execute store campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and new store opening graphics.




- Tailor integral creative assets to local market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Partner with Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and solve visual communication challenges.
- Produce clear visual guidelines to support store execution and commercial objectives.
- Ensure consistent implementation of visual standards across all stores in Spain.
- Support new store openings with layout and communication design.
- Manage project budgets and oversee supplier relationships to ensure high-quality delivery.

Skills, Experience and Attributes:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
- 4+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer-facing environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing POS, window displays, and in-store campaign work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
