On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead to join a integral project. Start Date: September or October
Working Model: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite at the customer office in Barcelona)
Specific Skills & Experience Required:
~5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud development.
~ Proven technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and complex integrations.
~ Strong CI/CD & DevOps experience: Proven track record in automated deployment pipelines, release management, and Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, AutoRABIT, SFDX, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
~ Advanced Version Control & QA: Solid knowledge of Git version control (branching strategies, code reviews, PRs, merge/integration conflict resolution) alongside structured QA practices.
~ Technical Leadership: Ability to set architectural and development standards, manage deployment risks, and mentor dev teams through release cycles.
~ Language: English proficiency (B2 level or higher) is essential.
