About the Role and Team

We are seeking a Sales Director to join our Revenue & Operations team in Madrid , Spain. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, this is a senior individual contributor role designed for an accomplished sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The position is centered around business development, customer acquisition, and commercial impact, making it an excellent opportunity for experienced Sales Managers and senior sales professionals ready to take the next step in their career. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for securing new, profitable customers for Adform, targeting medium to large advertisers, agencies, publishers, and retail media businesses across local and international markets.

You will build trusted relationships with prospective clients, confidently position Adform's buy-side solutions with the support of our Pre-Sales team, and leverage your knowledge of ad serving and advertising technology ecosystems,



including DSPs and DMPs. Working in a highly dynamic and competitive market, you will manage complex sales opportunities, identify growth potential, and help accelerate Adform's continued commercial success.
