Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca,astheSocial MediaManager,



you willbe responsible fordeveloping and implementing social media strategiesin order toincrease online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts of theresortand its outlets. This position works closely withdifferent departmentsto develop andexecute thestory tellingat the resort.

AsSocial MediaManager, you willberesponsibleforthe following duties:

- With the guidance of the Director of MarketingCommunications,designandimplementthe hotel’s social media and e-commerce strategy with KPIs.

- Proactively plan creative, compelling, and targeted social media activity and campaigns.

- Stay informed of upcoming trends and developments within the field of social media.

- Research and develop new ways toleveragesocial content to improveperformance.

- Setting KPIs for social media agencies and using relevant social media monitoring tools to manageallthe resort’s social channels.

- Conduct competitiveanalysis ofstudies on competition and provide recommendations on content changes for the resort’s social channels.

- Oversee and manage all social media accounts for the resort, including each F&B; outlet, while leading community management strategies and daily engagement for every
