- Execute the Devices Systems Sales strategy across Italy, helping strengthen Philips' position as One-IGT.
- Drive new business development for integrated systems and capital-intensive solutions, including software-enabled and future innovation platforms.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder commercial opportunities and competitive displacement strategies.
- Build and convert a strong sales pipeline, leveraging disciplined forecasting and CRM excellence.
- Partner closely with IGT Devices, IGT Systems, Marketing, Service, Operations and Commercial Leadership teams to activate strategic accounts and accelerate growth.
