Overview

In this role, you will lead the execution engine behind Nutanix’s worldwide Partner Programs and Incentives, ensuring reliable policies, tools, and support for internal teams and partners. You will own the operating rhythm for programs like Elevate, guiding planning, readiness, launch, administration, measurement, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate with cross-functional leaders to eliminate recurring issues and improve end-to-end execution. This is a globally scoped, process-driven leadership role with a clear impact on partner experience and financial outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- Own worldwide program operations across partner motions (resellers, distributors, service providers, alliances, OEMs)
- Maintain a single operating calendar for planning, launches, communications, and payments
- Translate policy into executable procedures, playbooks, and training
- Establish intake, triage, escalation, and resolution processes for program questions
- Ensure consistent, documented operational decisions and repeatable processes
- Manage backlog of operational improvements and ensure timely closure
- Coordinate end-to-end readiness for Elevate planning, launches, changes, and updates
- Operationalize rebates, incentives, checkpoints, and funding processes




- Coordinate data changes across systems and manage enrollment, certifications, and eligibility
- Manage exception processes with routing, approvals, and auditability
- Keep program changes reflected in partner-facing and internal systems
- Coordinate quarterly/annual checklists, results publication, and remediation actions
- Maintain continuity during fiscal changes, tool updates, and policy shifts
- Own governance of systems for executing partner programs and incentives
- Coordinate system updates (Salesforce, Partner Funds Center, enrollment, payments)
- Maintain data-quality controls and change-management processes
- Work with Systems, Revenue Operations, and vendors to fix defects and track resolutions
- Ensure system-of-record data accuracy and availability for reporting
- Document procedures, ownership, dependencies, controls, and contingency plans
- Maintain operational communications plan for programs and incentives
- Convert policy changes into actionable instructions
- Formalize coordination between Finance and Partner Programs Operations & Governance
- Deliver clear RACI, SLAs, escalation paths, and reconciliation cadences
