In this role you will serve as a technical specialist for OpenText Extended ECM and related SAP and document workflows, delivering run-and-maintain support and technical optimizations. You will collaborate with clients to define integration solutions, guide workshops, and translate requirements into concrete designs. You’ll train end-users, author specs and test plans, and manage delivery with escalation safeguards. This is a hands-on position at scale, shaping how client teams leverage ECM and PowerDocs within their SAP ecosystem.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Serve as an expert in the SAP/OpenText technical workstream for implementation, conversion, development, enhancement or support projects
• Design high-level and detailed technical/ integration solutions to meet client needs
• Engage with clients to understand business processes and drive integration requirements
• Participate in technical workshops to capture integration requirements




• Translate requirements into technical designs and solutions
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Write technical specifications and test plans for the development team
• Manage projects and timelines; provide delivery support and escalation management
• Drive innovation and transformation in large accounts and provide delivery support
• Coordinate with SAP and partner vendors to align on solutions and integrations
Responsabilidades
• OpenText Extended ECM expertise (mandatory) xghoner
• 5-8 years of experience
• Experience with PowerDocs and related document workflows
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations for OpenText Extended ECM (nice to have)
• DocuSign integration experience for OpenText PowerDocs (nice to have)
• Ability to collaborate with internal SAP SuccessFactors specialists and HRIT/ECM teams
• Knowledge of RBPs (nice to have)
• Experience in run-and-maintain support and incident management
