In this Project Manager role within the Overland Sustainability team, you drive decarbonization initiatives in road logistics. You’ll lead international transition projects and collaborate with teams across the Rhenus Group to implement low‑carbon transport practices. You shape pilots from concept to value and translate them into scalable solutions, contributing to the CO2 budget and strategic long‑term automation efforts. This is a mission‑focused role for someone who loves logistics, sustainability, and cross‑functional collaboration, offering meaningful impact in a rapidly changing industry.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Proactively explore and evaluate innovative transport decarbonization opportunities and lead pilot projects from concept through proof of value
• Translate successful pilots into scalable business solutions by coordinating with stakeholders across Europe




• Assist in achieving the CO2 budget of the Overland Division by helping country teams identify and prioritize initiatives
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries
• Focus on technological development for long‑term strategy and automation for CO2 calculations
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in road freight forwarding operations (minimum 3 years)
• Exposure to Sales activity is an asset
• xghoner Passion for sustainable logistics and innovative mobility concepts
• Strong ability to inspire stakeholders and communicate the value of electric mobility across functions and management levels
• Positive, solution‑oriented mindset for lengthy implementation and organizational change
• Excellent English proficiency (Spanish is an asset)
• Willingness to travel and work with international teams across various countries
