You will lead CCEP's global employer brand and talent attraction, shaping how we attract the talent needed to meet future business priorities. Working with Talent Acquisition, People u0026amp; Culture, Communications and local markets, you’ll define strategy and own the end-to-end attraction funnel. You’ll enhance candidate experience, oversee media, partnerships, CRM and campaign performance, and strengthen our employer reputation. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery in a multinational context.

• Define and lead the global employer brand and talent attraction strategy aligned to workforce priorities and future skills
• Own the full talent attraction funnel including media strategy, agency partnerships, CRM, campaigns and channel performance
• Shape the end-to-end candidate experience across the careers ecosystem, including personalization and candidate journey design




• Manage CCEP's employer reputation across markets and lead the Top Employers programme and other external recognition
• Build a measurement and technology approach for employer brand using AI, marketing tech and analytics to improve targeting, content and ROI
Responsabilidades
• Experience leading integral employer brand, talent attraction and/or talent marketing in a complex, international organization
• Understanding of talent marketing, segmentation, candidate xghoner behavior, digital channels, employee advocacy and recruitment technology
• Experience using talent intelligence, analytics and market insights to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience applying AI, automation and experimentation to improve content and candidate experience while maintaining brand standards
• Experience managing global marketing budgets, agency partnerships and cross-functional relationships across markets and cultures
