As a Technical Account Manager in AWS Enterprise Support, you act as the principal technical advisor for Integral Financial Services clients. You drive adoption of AWS services across compute, storage, databases, and AI-enabled tools, aligning cloud strategies with business goals. You work with senior leaders to manage incidents, trade-offs, and risk while keeping environments healthy through reviews and runbooks. This role blends technical leadership with high-stakes customer partnership to unlock measurable business outcomes. A key focus is guiding customers on generative AI adoption and operating models to sustain success.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Serve as the technical voice of the customer, coordinating with engineers to resolve issues and drive outcomes
• Lead proactive adoption strategies for AWS services across multiple domains (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, Data, Applications)
• Define and maintain operational frameworks (DevSecOps, Operational Excellence, Target Operating Models) tailored to each customer
• Perform ongoing health checks via reviews, monitoring,



and custom runbooks to keep environments operational
• Use generative AI tools to accelerate analysis and surface actionable recommendations for customers
• Guide customers in adopting AWS generative AI services to modernise operations and achieve measurable results
• Leverage AI agents for workload discovery, risk identification, and resilience assessments to inform cross-domain strategies
• Engage CTO-level stakeholders with strategic technical recommendations and trade-off analyses
• Travel up to 10% to meet with customers and explore opportunities
• Collaborate with xghoner UOps delivery model to craft and execute customer-focused adoption plans
Responsabilidades
• Distributed applications design/implementation/operations/consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
• Experience in external enterprise customer-facing technical leadership
• Proven ability to communicate with diverse audiences and present to executives
• Experience solving problems in the Global Financial Services industry
• Fluency in Spanish (speaking, writing, reading)
