In this role you will translate regional strategies into local customer marketing actions for Iberia and Italy, driving omnichannel activation and brand engagement for Tork. You will partner with Sales and distributors to raise commercial performance and ROI, while leading digital tools adoption and local campaigns. The role blends marketing, sales, and digital transformation to strengthen the Tork brand across channels. You will operate in a fast-paced, innovation-friendly environment that values experimentation and impact.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and execute omnichannel plans for strategic customers and distributors, including campaigns and activations (online and offline)
• Lead brand and innovation activation programs to strengthen Tork brand equity and customer loyalty
• Partner with Sales and distributors to identify opportunities to improve engagement and ROI
• Drive local implementation and optimization of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Translate regional programs into local actions and communicate market needs to regional stakeholders
• Manage budgets, agencies, and campaign performance with KPIs to drive improvement
• Share best practices for omnichannel execution across markets
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Customer Marketing (offline and digital activation)
• Experience xghoner working with customers, distributors, or sales teams in a matrix organization
• Proven track record of executing customer or brand activation plans and measuring impact
• Strong interest in digital marketing tools, omnichannel engagement, and digital transformation
• Growth mindset, proactive attitude, and strong execution capabilities
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus
• Willingness to travel within Iberia, Italy, and across Europe (~20%)
