In this role you will own and grow a portfolio of Glovo Spain's largest accounts, leading the end-to-end relationship and commercial agenda. You will act as the internal coordinator across Finance, Operations, Ads, and Marketing to ensure commitments are delivered. Expect to lead business reviews, monitor performance, and pursue growth opportunities with high-value brands. This position offers exposure to senior commercial decisions, a fast-paced environment, and a meaningful impact on Spain’s restaurant partners.

• Own the relationship with the portfolio and proactively manage stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end MBRs and QBRs with clear narrative and action plans
• Monitor performance across key metrics and recommend changes
• Execute the commercial agenda including activations, advertising commitments, and marketing initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver on partner commitments (billing, operations,



campaign execution)
• Build commercial proposals and investment cases to support growth conversations
Responsabilidades
• ≥4 years in senior account management or commercial client-facing roles
• Experience in food delivery, marketplace platforms, FMCG, or high-growth tech is a plus
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong commercial judgment and track record of driving outcomes in high-value relationships xghoner
• Excellent communication, structure, and ability to adapt style to audience
• Structured, reliable, and able to manage demanding workloads and multi-stakeholder environments
• Comfort with data: navigating dashboards and spreadsheets to support arguments
