In this role you bridge network technology, data analytics and customer needs to improve Fixed Access and WiFi networks for global ISPs. You work across customers, product and engineering to translate findings into technical solutions and product improvements. You will analyze real-world network data, troubleshoot complex issues and support solution delivery. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge telecom analytics in an international environment with direct customer impact.

• Analyze real-world network data to enhance performance and customer experience for Fixed Access and WiFi networks
• Translate customer requirements and ISP pain points into technical analyses, use cases and proposed solutions
• Create customized analyses, reports and recommendations for specific deployments
• Support design and configuration of AXON NETWORKS solutions per customer network characteristics
• Validate new backend releases, algorithms, equipment and capabilities with lab and production data
• Collaborate with customers during solution delivery, workshops and training
• Provide expert technical assistance to customers and internal teams
• Identify limitations or improvement opportunities in existing product features from customer data and network behavior




• Collaborate with Product and Telecommunications Engineering to translate findings into product improvements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical methodologies, tools and processes in Communications u0026 Analytics
• Mentor and support junior engineers and share knowledge across the technical community
Responsabilidades
• MSc in Telecommunications Engineering or related field; PhD is a plus
• Strong understanding of communication systems and networking fundamentals
• Experience or knowledge in Fixed Access networks (copper/DSL, FTTH/PON) and/or WiFi
• Understanding of physical-layer and network-performance measurements
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in lab or production networks
• Experience analyzing large datasets to identify trends and root causes
• Experience with SQL; MongoDB xghoner or NoSQL is a plus
• Experience using Python, MATLAB or similar tools for data analysis
• Familiarity with Linux and Git
• Experience with network-analysis tools like Wireshark, iPerf; data visualization or ML is a plus
• Soft skills: analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluency in English and Spanish; able to work in Madrid/Istanbul
