In this role you drive data science initiatives in sponsor-dedicated clinical trial start-up, turning data into actionable insights for strategic decisions. You lead cross-functional data management activities and ensure compliant, high-quality study configuration from protocol review to database go-live. You will partner with standards and study execution teams to apply CDISC standards and manage UAT, risks, and documentation. This is a chance to shape data-driven processes in a globally recognized sponsor environment and contribute to patient-focused therapies.

• Lead end-to-end clinical data management start-up activities from protocol review to go-live
• Translate protocol requirements into complete study build specifications (visits, assessments, eCRFs, dosing)
• Apply clinical data standards (CDISC, eCRF design principles) for consistent study configuration
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies
• Plan and oversee sandbox testing and UAT,



including defect documentation and retesting
• Manage start-up timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely go-live
• Assess data management impact of protocol amendments and post-go-live changes
• Maintain complete start-up documentation in the eTMF
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and internal standards
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or related discipline
• Extensive experience in data analysis and project leadership within a clinical research setting
• Strong xghoner expertise in statistical software and data visualization techniques
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to foster cross-functional collaboration
• Willingness to travel approximately 15%
