In this role you will drive scientific partnerships with local KOLs and institutions to support evidence-based access and advocacy. You will serve as the field medical expert in oncology, translating clinical data into local strategies and collaborations. You will lead the country medical plan, promote central medical activities locally, and ensure compliant dissemination of new data. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, field intelligence, and robust scientific leadership to shape therapeutic area outcomes.

• Build and strengthen local KOL and scientific institution networks to support medical leadership
• Act as in-field medical expert for oncology tumors
• Generate field medical insights and identify collaboration opportunities with investigators and institutions
• Plan and execute local medical–scientific strategies and support therapeutic areas in-country
• Promote central medical activities (education programs, congresses) at the local level
• Monitor competitor drugs and attend scientific meetings
• Lead medical-to-medical communications and prepare scientific talks and presentations
• Disseminate clinical data accurately and in compliance with product label




• Provide scientific leadership to investigators and manage sponsored research and non-interventional studies
• Support interventional trials (Phase 1-4) and post-marketing studies
• Collaborate with internal teams and support promotional activities for regional KOLs and societies
• Deliver internal training to commercial colleagues on clinical data and medicines
• Provide actionable medical insights to cross-functional teams
• Maintain records of activities and M2M interactions in reports
• Ensure compliance with Pfizer policies and regulatory requirements
Responsabilidades
• MD, MBA, PhD or oncology expertise strongly desired
• Strong knowledge of oncology, epidemiology, immunology, clinical trials, and translational medicine preferred
• Experience as MSL/MSR is desirable; xghoner local environment knowledge preferred
• Fluency in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication (scientific and non-scientific)
• Experience in medical writing and peer-reviewed submissions
• Strong customer orientation and science-based approach
• Project management skills and ability to work under deadlines
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Digital literacy and ability to adopt new technologies for medical interactions
• Regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and compliance awareness
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license
• Experience with AI tools to enhance scientific activities (preferred)
