In this role you will design, build and operate an enterprise-grade reporting and analytics capability to enable trusted insight across multiple systems. You’ll create scalable data pipelines and curated models, establish master data foundations, and drive governance for reliable reporting. You will support cost management initiatives with governed data and self-service dashboards. You collaborate with finance, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes in a cloud-based data environment.

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of a reporting platform ingesting data from multiple internal systems into Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or a comparable cloud data platform
• Design and maintain batch data pipelines using ELT/ETL patterns and orchestration frameworks
• Develop and govern master and reference data structures to support consistent definitions and reporting quality
• Profile, cleanse, transform, and validate source data; implement data quality controls and auditability across the data lifecycle
• Apply data modelling best practices to build reusable lakehouse/warehouse/semantic models for reporting and self-service
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted approaches for data classification, anomaly detection, and data quality monitoring
• Design and deliver Power BI datasets, semantic models, dashboards, and reports with row-level security and performance tuning
• Own the technical delivery of a cost management data solution including cost-rate database design and reporting outputs
• Partner with finance, operations,



and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data products and measurable outcomes
• Establish DevOps and platform operations practices including monitoring, release management, and documentation
• Define and enforce data governance, metadata, lineage, access control, privacy, and retention standards
• Provide technical leadership with autonomy across architecture, build, testing, deployment, and run-state support
Responsabilidades
• ~8-10 years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or enterprise reporting platform delivery
• Strong delivery experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, Microsoft Purview, Databricks or equivalent
• Advanced SQL and Python; experience with Spark/PySpark and data transformation frameworks is highly desirable
• Expertise in dimensional modelling, semantic layer design, data warehousing, lakehouse concepts, and master data management
• Strong experience building Power BI data models, DAX measures, xghoner governance controls, deployment pipelines, and executive reporting
• Experience integrating data from ERP, finance, project, procurement, HR, CRM and other systems via APIs, files, databases, or event-driven interfaces
• Solid understanding of data quality frameworks, testing, reconciliation controls, and production support for critical reporting
• Experience designing secure, maintainable data platforms with data access policies, audit trails, and compliance controls
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and engage with technical teams, finance stakeholders, and senior leaders
• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish
