In this role you strengthen CSI's information security posture by leading diverse security initiatives within an agile, cross-functional setting. You work with tribes, squads, and central security teams to drive governance, risk, and compliance across the CSI domain. You will coordinate remediation efforts, support audits and risk cycles, and help evolve the knowledge base and processes with a focus on real improvements. This is a hands-on, collaborative position that combines security expertise with proactive communication to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own and drive security initiatives across CSI, including vulnerability management, source code security, IAM, authorization concepts, and remediation efforts
• Coordinate and support pentest activities, acting as liaison between testers, application teams, and ISOs
• Support risk management tasks and the lifecycle of information risks in Archer and Presto
• Assist with audit prep and evidence tracking to address findings
• Support the Allianz Risk Shield (ARS) process within CSI from evaluation to completion
• Coordinate Risk Shield cycles: stakeholder communication, timelines, issue follow-up




• Maintain and verify data in tools like ServiceNow, ADOIT, Presto, Archer
• Document IS knowledge on Confluence, SharePoint, and Wiki; identify gaps and propose improvements
• Stay updated on IS topics, regulatory changes, and internal initiatives; explore GenAI usage to improve docs and processes
• Collaborate in an agile, hybrid setup with diverse locations and teams
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
• 0–3 years of professional information security, IT governance, or IT compliance experience
• Basic understanding of vulnerability management, source code security, IAM, authorization concepts, pentest coordination, or IT security incident management xghoner
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal standards (e.g., AFRIT, corporate rulebooks)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; willingness to learn enterprise tools (ServiceNow, ADOIT, Archer, Presto, GIAM)
• Strong self-initiative and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable working in agile, hybrid teams
• Fluent in English; German a plus
