As a Credit Risk Analyst at Scalapay in Barcelona, you will own parts of a growing consumer portfolio across Europe, shaping risk strategy and decisioning. You’ll collaborate with Commercial, Data Science, and Data Engineering to implement production-ready credit rules and monitor risk-adjusted profitability. This role offers hands-on ownership of decisions and end-to-end projects within a nimble, data-driven risk team. You will be at the heart of expanding BNPL services within regulatory boundaries, driving responsible growth.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage credit strategy for a large, multi-country consumer portfolio across merchants
• Review merchants and segments to adjust risk and growth
• Make credit decisions from analysis to production, including rule changes and thresholds




• Build and monitor risk-focused dashboards and metrics to track portfolio performance
• Collaborate with Data Science and Data Engineering on models, features, and data pipelines
• Contribute to knowledge base on decisions, changes, and rationale
• Lead end-to-end projects within the team as you settle in
Responsabilidades
• A quantitative degree or equivalent demonstrated quantitative ability
• 4+ years xghoner in an analytical role influencing decisions
• Strong SQL with complex joins and window functions
• Working Python with pandas
• Proactivity and technical curiosity
• Clear communication to diverse audiences
• Fluent English (B2+)
