In this role you will lead end-to-end product lifecycle and sales for AIoT categories within Xiaomi Store channels. You will align product launches with roadmaps, competitive insights, and cross-functional execution. You’ll own revenue targets, market intelligence, and strategic category plans across the full product lifecycle. This is a high-impact role that shapes retailer strategies and accelerates growth through data-driven decision-making and cross-team collaboration.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Set targets for AIoT categories and monitor delivery weekly, monthly, and quarterly
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from introduction to end-of-life, including Xiaomi Store channel launch plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of new product launches
• Deliver sales revenue targets for assigned categories and present periodic sales analyses and strategy summaries
• Gather market and competitor intelligence, conduct product analysis and positioning, and drive execution of product plans
• Build retail strategies for products and monitor performance across the xghoner lifecycle
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years of store management experience
• Solid understanding of direct-operated store operation models and workflows
• Preference for store management experience at well-known brands' direct-operated stores
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
