As a Technical Support Consultant, you help customers maximise value from the SD Worx App and Portal. You support HR professionals and end users with technical questions, login issues, and platform‑related queries through digital channels and phone. You work in a small international team focused on collaboration and customer satisfaction, applying problem‑solving and written communication to deliver a positive experience. You will analyse tickets, identify service improvements, and contribute to a smooth user journey. This role offers a hybrid setup and a chance to shape digital HR solutions in a cross‑border environment.
