In this role you will drive data-informed performance marketing for a Glovo region, shaping high-impact campaigns and optimizing acquisition, activation, and re-engagement across channels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit growth targets and share best practices that elevate regional performance. This position offers the chance to own regional campaigns from strategy to execution, using rigorous measurement and A/B testing to maximize ROAS. A hands-on, fast-paced environment awaits with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and cross-team collaboration.

• Lead creation, development, and optimization of high-impact regional campaigns
• Drive acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement via App Campaigns (UAC) and programmatic channels
• Collaborate with performance marketers, channel teams, and analysts to maximize impact
• Own performance targets and deliver on key metrics to drive growth
• Share insights and best practices to elevate team performance




• Lead continuous optimization through A/B testing and performance analysis
• Work cross-functionally with design, local marketing, BI, and Martech to craft winning strategies
Responsabilidades
• 3-5+ years in performance marketing with focus on Google App Campaigns (preferably UAC) and programmatic
• Proven ability to scale campaigns, optimize acquisition funnels, and maximize ROAS
• Strong understanding of digital measurement, attribution models, incrementality testing, and optimization
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience managing xghoner large-scale campaigns and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools: Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch, Appsflyer
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment from strategy to execution
