In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery of initiatives that optimize how partners pick, prepare, and fulfill orders across Glovo and other DH brands. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and regional stakeholders to shape a scalable roadmap and drive from discovery to general rollout. You’ll manage multiple workstreams with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and measurable outcomes, influencing in-store operations and order fulfillment at scale. This position offers the chance to impact cross-market processes and contribute to a fast-growing, collaborative culture.

• Manage a squad's roadmap by prioritizing backlog and balancing development with platform rollouts
• Define success metrics, monitor rollout milestones, and proactively communicate status, risks, and blockers
Responsabilidades
• Proven track record as a Product Manager handling multiple initiatives at different maturity stages with execution focus
• Ability to advance in-flight xghoner initiatives with minimal handoff friction
• Comfort translating operational and user needs into engineering requirements
• Strong communication skills to align regional and platform stakeholders on priorities and rollout sequencing
• Proactive, self-driven; able to move initiatives from discovery to shipped without heavy oversight
• Nice to have: experience with app development
