role As an Operations Customer Expert, you will be one of the first
points of contact for customers across the supported
Spanish-speaking markets and the UK. You will help customers with a
wide range of questions — from account and billing issues to
technical troubleshooting — while providing clear, professional and
empathetic support. You will join a multicultural, collaborative
customer support team working with an internationally recognized
entertainment brand. What you will do Provide professional,
friendly and empathetic customer support Handle account management
and billing inquiries Troubleshoot common technical issues and
guide customers towards effective solutions Explain our products,
services and features clearly Understand customer needs and
identify the most appropriate solution Resolve inquiries
efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Provide accurate information and follow established quality
standards Maintain a positive, customer-first approach throughout
every interaction Work effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced,
international environment Language requirements You must have:
Castilian Spanish — full fluency English — B1 or above Plus one of
the following: Basque Catalan / Valencian Galician Your additional
regional language will be used to support the relevant customer

experience is valuable, but a strong customer-focused attitude,

important. Working schedule 40 hours per week 8 working hours per
day + 1-hour lunch break Monday to Sunday on a rotational 24/7
schedule Shifts may include nights, weekends and public holidays
Flexibility with working hours is therefore an essential part of
the role. Training Your onboarding starts with approximately 2
weeks of training: Around 8 hours per day Training is conducted in
English Training allowance: €92.80 gross per week On the first day
of training, you will sign a Selection Agreement containing the
applicable salary, schedule and training information. Candidates
who successfully complete the training will proceed to the
employment contract. The contract is signed either on the final
training day or the following working day. The training period is
proportionally compensated by Teleperformance Portugal. As no
employment contract has yet been signed during this period, social
security contributions are not deducted from the training
compensation. Compensation For candidates already living in




Portugal €1,262.33 gross/month The all-inclusive package includes:
