- Turn defined hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies and talent maps
- Research companies, competitors, adjacent industries, professional networks, and talent pools to build shortlists
- Assess potential candidates against role requirements and identify strong matches
- Draft personalised outreach messages for hiring managers and candidates
- Manage initial outreach, follow-ups, sequencing, and tracking across searches
- Connect interested candidates with hiring managers
- Maintain clear, up-to-date candidate pipeline information
- Identify market patterns and use insights to improve targeting
- Support hiring managers across functions, geographies, and industries
- Use AI and sourcing tools to research markets, identify talent, and personalise outreach

Требования:
- Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, executive search, sales development (SDR/BDR), research, or outbound outreach
- Strong research skills and curiosity
- Good judgement when assessing candidate relevance




- Excellent written communication and the ability to adapt tone to different audiences
- Experience writing personalised cold outreach that generates responses
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines
- High attention to detail
- Comfort using AI tools and technology for research and outreachDiscretion and responsibility when handling confidential information and communications
- Professional fluency in English
- You do not need full-cycle recruiting experience; the role prioritises research, candidate identification, xcskxlj and engagement skills.
